It is with regret that I am writing this review but feel that I must as I don't want any other pet owner to feel as I did when they pick their dog up after getting groomed by Geri. Before I dropped my dog off I asked her if she had experience grooming King Charles Cavaliers. She assured me that she did and told me all about her years of experience. When I picked up my dog I couldn't believe my eyes. She was shaved down the middle of her back and her sides just puffed out. She looked like she had a reversed Mohawk haircut. She looked like a hotdog in a bun! The groomer was so proud of the haircut and thought she looked beautiful. Another person walked into the shop at this time and asked me what kind of dog this was and told me not to worry Gerri will fix her up. When I told her this is what Geri did she looked surprised and left the shop. Now I have to wait until her hair grows back she will be wearing shirts till then. The only reason that I gave this one star was that Geri seemed like a nice kind person. I am sorry to say that I was in such shock that I quickly paid68.00 for this horrendous grooming.

My dog loves coming to Geri! She treats him like one of her own and always does a fantastic job. Strongly recommend!
We boarded our dog overnight and our dog loved her and so it was a great experience for us.
